Parmesan Sage Crackers

A delicious snack!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 Tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons freshly chopped sage
  • 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup water, plus more as needed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, Parmesan cheese, and sage. Stir to combine. Add the oil and stir, then slowly add the water and stir until the dough comes together. Use your hands to mix the dough until it is smooth. If the dough is too dry, add one tablespoon of water at a time. The dough should not be overly sticky.

  2. Place the dough on a flat surface that is lightly coated with flour. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough out to about 1/4" thickness. Cut into even squares with a knife and place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden, beginning to check after 15 minutes.
