First, peel and slice a peach. Add the sliced peach to a food processor, along with the other ingredients, and pulse until smooth. Your dressing is finished! Easy, right?

- 1 large, ripe peach
- 3 1/2 Tablespoons neutral flavored oil (such as avocado oil)
- 2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons water
- 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, roughly chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Peel and slice the peach. Add the peach and the remaining ingredients to a food processor. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute. This recipe makes one cup of dressing, but can be easily doubled for larger quantities.
